Fair Use Policy

At SnapSpot, we’re committed to enhancing public events by making photo sharing seamless and enjoyable. To ensure smooth operation for all clients, we ask that you comply with the following Fair Use Policies:

  1. Responsible Content Upload: It is your responsibility to ensure that all media uploaded to your digital wall or shared album is safe, appropriate, and complies with relevant laws and trademarks.
  2. Intended Use of SnapSpot: SnapSpot is designed to store photos specifically captured during events hosted on our platform. It is not intended for use as a general-purpose cloud storage service (e.g., Google Drive or Dropbox).
  3. Fair Use Limitations: Our "Unlimited" plans are subject to a fair usage policy limited to 10,000 media uploads and 5,000 participants per event. For most events, this is more than sufficient. If you require additional capacity, please contact us to discuss custom options.
  4. Policy Enforcement: SnapSpot reserves the right to adjust, delete, or block any event or client account that violates this policy, without prior notice.
